were stakes (two graded) at Hollywood Park and Del Mar, SWISS
YODELER capped his 2-year-old campaign with a wire-to-wire
victory in the Hollywood Futurity-G1.
The top-weighted West coast-based 2-year-old colt
on the Experimental Free Handicap, SWISS YODELER was second
only to Breeders' Cup Juvenile-G1 winner and Eclipse award champion BOSTON
HARBOR by money won.
In 24 starts at 2,3,4, & 5, SWISS YODELER
was a tough competitor, finishing among the top three in 14 stakes
in southern California, 12 of which were graded at distances of 4
1/2 furlongs to 1 1/16 miles.
He retired sound with earnings of $761,442.
